Woke up this morning. Feels good outside for this time of year. 65 degrees. Rain chances today.

60 and mostly clear going to 82. Can anyone explain to me the difference between "mostly clear" and "partly cloudy"? Maybe that advertising tech at Budweiser can define it for me...sounds "wokey" to me. Kinda like we don't say "I woke up at 0500". Instead, I "arose" or "I awakened at 0500"...can't keep up with this crap.
Rough evening. Large hail storms popping up everywhere. My brother caught in hail storm about hour ago. It just got new truck about three months ago. Do know if there is any damage to it or not. Had reports of golf ball size hail and larger out of several storms. Im good right now. But hear steady thunder to SE of here. @Wallace @Smitty335 @lowrider @Caper

I hate when that happens to a new truck. I had an old Cessna 150 years ago that got pelted by hail in a thunder storm. I flew for several years with little dents in the wings and horizontal stabilizer. When I sold it the guy that bought it wondered why it had dents all over and I told him it was like the dimples on a golf ball...makes em fly better.
Years ago there was a hale storm at my buddies place in Cardston Alberta. Softball size hale. All the new Fords didn’t make out so good, neither did his new gutters or skylights.

I went and bought air conditioning for my tractor today, my brother is coming over to help me install it Thursday. The yard needs mowing, we've got a 1/4 inch of rain every night since last Saturday.

Air and heat in the tractor cab...wouldn't leave the house without it.
Is the smoke subsiding some in NS? We're starting to get some from OR and WA.
The fire just outside the city is out and the other is contained and almost out. So no smoke at all now. Just NY from Quebec. 😊

Found this photo of the path of the March 31, 2023 tornado in Little Rock Ar.
Wow, not hard to tell where it went through. I wonder if ever there has been wild fires like we had up here and out west, and a tornado ripped it apart or made it worse. Because it looks like a perfect fire break.

That looks like an API winglet on the at plane. Wonder if it's a Lear Jet? Sorry that was rhetorical.
