Yea, me to. My current one is 13 and I am preparing myself. I think more of their character than a lot of people I know.
I always run out and find another one. My current little guy was a medical research Beagle and spent 4 1/2 years being injected with pain medication for testing. Poor little guy was never allowed to be a dog. He had never seen grass when I got him.

Happens to the best of us trigger. Seems no matter how hard you try, when they go the tears just flow. I held it together in front of my kids, but man when I got to the vet and went in...that was all she wrote. No shame in crying

It's the best $45 you can spend on it and it takes 20 minutes to do. Don't wait until Christmas!
