P1000 Catastrophic failure

As many of you know My Pioneer inhaled some water last weekend from just a puddle that we had run through a bit too quickly and and came out dead. I brought it into the dealer on Tuesday they said they'd look at it as soon as they could they were backed up. Got the call yesterday that the dealer had been broken into and my rig was one of the two that was vandalized. Went in yesterday to help with the police report and found my main lightbar was stolen and wiring going into my front roll bars cut which is a lot. To add to this I received the phone call 30 minutes ago from the manager saying "catastrophic failure on motor and transmission". Warrentee will not cover it being water related. Rough day guys!

You forgot about the Polaris blowing up and it's only been like 5 days oh my god buddy! I wanna ride I wanna ride I wanna ride! It'll be fine just bummed. All they did was take the lightbar but they cut the wires going into the roll bars something like 14 a side that'll be a mess.

Came in through under the hood. Be careful! We weren't being too stupid when it happened.

Sorry to hear about your loss, makes me glad I have invested in snorkel system. Hope you've got insurance on the Pioneer as well for the engine and tranny repairs. .

Thier liable for the bar but not the wiring. I do have insurance but we had to use it on the 700 we had and from what Honda says on this its big numbers so I've got my fingers crossed. I do not want to have to get another one.

Damn man, that hurts, not a good week for you, sorry to hear of all the troubles. If you were a bit closer to Colorado Id let ya take the PoPo 570 for the time being, its just sitting because I got no way to haul it right now, the big ol' Pioneer takes up all the room in the toy hauler

Hate to hear that. Too bad the thieves didnt steal the whole machine, maybe you can talk them into going back Surprised to hear it damaged the engine and tranny so severely, I have drowned my atv several times and sucked water in engine without damage...just had to dry it out and change oil.

With my luck right now I'm not borrowing anything. But I'll tell you something the little 570 is probably one of the more dependable popos from what I have seen. I sure appreciate the offer though! I guess for the next bit I'll be learning how to ride my bike again.

They found large amounts of mud that's what is the problem aside from the seizing
