I would like to thank ctd power and bones for the files. I was able to locate some used uhmw from a local shop that installs it in semi dump trailers and dump trucks for free! I decided to just make it all one piece and made a front pair of front a arm guards too! I mounted the skid and still need to make the rear a arm guards and then get them mounted up. Thanks again guys!

How did you mount them on the A-Arms? I have been thinking about doing g the same on my SATV arms.

I was going to ask where did you find the UHMW-PE material? I just priced it at a local plastic supply house and it was $423.08 plus tax for a 1/2" X 48" X 120" sheet. That is some high dollar skid plates.

I didn't get a chance yet but I plan to mount through an existing hole and also 2- 1" pipe clamps around the a arm and through bolt it with cup washers on the underside.

The piece I got was used and free. The shop where I got it installs it in semi trailers to protect it from damage and help material slide out of the trailer. This piece had been removed and new installed again in a trailer.

Let's see some pictures.
I'm in the process of making mine now. I bought the material and printed out the template. Just to find the time to get it done. Thanks again for the template. It will save alot of time.

I'm going to change the hole diameters and add the holes along the outside. off of the file you sent me I have a quote through Regal Plastic for $292 plus shipping. I'm guessing that will be close to $75 or $80. It will probably add a little extra when I add the other holes and I'm also contemplating just running it along the rock sliders and covering just a bit of the step and not going straight across right there. I'm thinking that has to fill up with mud pretty bad.
