Overall pretty happy with how things came along since I have only had the machine for 2 1/2 weeks :)

Still waiting on:

Strong Made Front Bumper
Tires & Wheels
Billows for Differentials and sub transmission - don't want to end up like @joeymt33 having my transmission look like it's filled with Yoohoo instead of oil. :p

SVT vs TUSK light? YOu have 30" TUSK on P500 any difference in quality and light output vs SVT 40"?

The 30" Tusk is a 3W LED based light with 16,000 lumen output, the STV 40" light is a 5W LED based light with a 32,000 lumen output. Light output difference is huge but they are built the same and priced accordingly for their output. Both made in China probably even in the same factory just different package labeling. Both use CREE LED's and have an IP67 water resistant rating that's the two important things to look at. The difference is the Tusk came with all the wiring, relay, and switch the other didn't which i have my own solution for the P1K5D to power and turn them on off. The only other difference was the style of mount sent with the light. The Tusk did have a heavier machine specific mount but that was more of a RMATV package solution than anything else. It all can be gotten off amazon.

Im happy with both units literally a coin toss to choose from these you can buy 6 of for the price of 1 Rugged LED light bar of same size and output.

HD3 6+1 or 5+2
I have been told by two different salesman that this rim is closer to 5+2 than 6+1. One lists it as a 5+2 instead as a 6+1.
Jackal if you could measure your rim it would be helpful, as like you I wanted a 6+1.

@muley190 Welcome to the club!

The OEM offsets are different because the wheels in the front and back are different width not just the tires. The information below Is from another discussion I had with a member after he mounted 4+3 offset wheels. But OEM offset is about 1.5-1.75" in front and 2" in the rear as an approximation.

OEM Width 62.9" with factory tires and wheels.
With 4+3 offset wheels the front is 68" wide and rear 65" wide.
With 5+2 offset wheels the front is 66" wide and rear 63" wide. - Rear closest to OEM like dealer said.
With 6+1 offset wheels the front is 64" wide and rear 61" wide.

I am wanting to be as close to 60" as I can get for gated trails out West AND I have a slight clearance issue in my Toyhauler for the front width due to the bathroom cutting into floor space of my garage. that one less inch will be juuust enough to fit my need.

Hope that helps you decide, I am using all the same offsets front / rear so I can pack a 5th identical spare that can go on any corner and still handle the same.

Edit / Note if you want the 6+1 offset here is the info on it:
4/137 STI HD3 Alloy Wheel 14x7 6.0 + 1.0 Black Machined
RMATV Part# 1379380027
STI HD3 Alloy Wheel | Tires and Wheels | Rocky Mountain ATV/MC

It is not listed as fitting a P1K but is listed for CanAm 1000 XT same bolt pattern, personally bought one and put in on my P1K to test fit it.

Well STI sells this wheel in a 4+3, 5+2, & 6+1 offset. As far as most salesmen go I treat them like diapers they should be changed often and for the same reason.

With 6+1 offset wheels the front is 64" wide and rear 61" wide.
Is this from outside the rims or will it be your 10" tires?

Decided to go ahead and run an extended vent tube for the gas tank and front / rear differentials as well as the sub transmission. Of note, the front differential hose goes well above the air intake up behind the steering wheel, probably didn't need to change it but since I had the bellows decided to go ahead and mount them.

On the fuel line I just pulled the short hoes out of the frame cut the end square and put a 3/16" barb union and added a 2 ft. section of hose to it. I then ran it under and back and up behind the seat tucking it in where the center seatbelt slot is, the tubing reached all the way up to within 1 inch from the top of the seat back just out of sight and secured the end with a zip tie on an end of a push pin rivet that happed to be right there.

Picture 1 vent tube as is coming off of white plastic elbow and tucked into the frame.

Picture 3 extended hose run out the back and secured in place under the seat.

Picture 4 a behind the seat view with the bed up showing the tied off hose snaked up along the frame and into the center seatbelt slot.

Picture 5 Sub transmission vent bellow installed.

Will get pictures of the front and rear differentials with billows attached tomorrow. Also Tires and Wheels arriving the final big touch. :D

Pretty happy with the progress made, since only having it 3 weeks. Working with the Honda's everything just seems to pull together so much easier.

Also did the lift shorten your width... I hope to use this lift ,the 3.5 offset on m20s and only get a touch wider with the 29.5 terms

I didn't measure it but from only getting 2" if it did it was less than 1/2" reduction. With 3.5" offset you will be 68" +- wide in the front that's with a 7" wide wheel.

Awesome!! This is the combo I am considering so please do a video or a detailed write up on the ride, any rubbing, and power in low range.

Does it lug the engine when crawling slow (like rock climbing).

Just enough to compress the suspension back and check for rubbing before I took the above photos. Gotta trim the Trail Armor skids back to OEM wheel well dimensions in front and will be all good. This is my 3rd SXS with these tires and wheels I will not be disappointed. :D
How do they do in a muddy situation and sand?

Will have a full ride report in 2 weeks going to the mountains and probably log 100 miles, will be able to say for certain by then. but I anticipate no problem as I always run low range on wooded trails averaging less than 15 MPH and it'll do 30+ mph in low as it was.

I have had good results in all terrain sloppy mud in torrential down pours on 35% grade hills pulled like champs on my P500 and those were 26 x9x12 size. run some sand no issues great overall tire but tough as nails and they love slick rock.
