No, I don't know why you'd want that. On a forum you must be pithy. If you want a book on this subject, you'll have to visit Barns and Noble, I was just providing an excerp from an Eisenhower interview. Any comments on that? Btw, I wrote the third paragraph.

Post WW11, the US began a new approach at imperialism with the creation of the CIA. It's first mission abroad, overthrow the democratically elected government of Iran. Thereafter, it turned its attention towards Latin America where between the 50's and 70's they overthrew the democratically elected governments of a dozen countries replacing them with right wing dictatorships. Seems we like democracy except when we don't. The third parties, both that are on the ballot will dispense with this type of belligerent foreign policy.

This one will surprise you. For the first time in decades, there is a presidential candidate that I actually want to vote for. Most of my adult life I have had to vote for the lesser of two evils.

I have never once heard of someone (liberal or conservative) saying "You are right, I change my view"

Another solid point made by Ron Paul is our interference in the Ukraine. It is no coincidence that Russia's only two warm water ports, Tartus in Syria and Sevastopol in Crimea both became threatened as a result of US actions/activities at about the same time. Nor is it unreasonable that not unlike any other country would do, Russia would respond to such threats given their vulnerability to a winter time attack should they have no warm water ports for a naval response. First was Clinton's fiasco in Benghazi, where the CIA annex housing military arms confiscated from Gaddafi's army were stored and then smuggled to the fighters in Syria attempting to overthrow Russia's ally Assad. And perhaps result in Russia's Tartus port falling into unfriendly western hands. The second was our interference in Kiev in the fall of 2013 in which we supported the violent overthrow of another democratically elected government because they decided to form an alliance with Russia. And then immediately recognising an interim government that was pro western. Putin had every good reason to view that as a threat to his other warm water port and responded accordingly.
