RC’s are far better focused than any of the Amazon specials. The X5 cubes fill the sides out for me.

The Factory LEDs are BRIGHT compared to the Factory Halogens but the X5’s and the 20” bar make the Factory LEDs more like a match on a bonfire. I wish I hadn’t wasted money on the Amazon specials and paid a few extra dollars for the RCs
Yea, RC is definitely a better light and worth the extra money. I had that amazon 20” double row up there and it was not even as bright as one of the X5 cubes.

I had to cut my winch sleeve off too. I'll probably order a new one since I use it a lot for plowing. Looks like you used the same light mounts as me too. I've been pretty happy with the light and it's a lot of light for the size.

I have found one winch rope sleeve that I can order separate so far

I learned something new though, if you recall how @BWAF had his floods where they crossed is an excellent idea. Same vision but doesn't affect the guy in front of you.
Yea, i did not get a chance to see from the drivers seat but definitely looked like a good idea. I won’t run the light bar when I am following someone unless I am way back.

I was having a hard time switching my winch to freespool so decided to pull it and take apart to see if I could clean it - I am by no means a mud guy so I was a little suprised to find

Call superwinch, they will send you a new spanner bar for free.

Ask me how I know.....

My son put his feet on the dash and hit the winch in switch until it popped. New winch hook stopper, hawse fairlead and spanner bar and I'm good as new other than the tweaked mounting plate. I've since added a winch power switch.

Time to turn it into a rear winch!
I’ll say I have been happy with this winch, I have winch up some good hills (Overland, Puncheon camp trail), held @JTW up on widowmaker as his tie rod was fixed, and now that I got it cleaned out it is smooth switching to freespool. It has been a good winch.
