They should be very tasty. Wife is a pepper wimp but I wonder how they work in the air fryer without the smoke? I have done them in the oven with just an avacado oil rub-down and pink salt sprinkle...limp but good.No, that’s the BBQ sauce that the smoke turns so dark. 180*-200* for 6 hours...

That was a couple years ago in the Highlands of Cape Breton. They have a bunch this year but I don’t think that much. Aha, we hadn’t been able to view our security cameras or smart thermostat remotely at the lake house in Hot Springs for about a week either...same thing....🙄My internet has a habit of shutting down when it rains. Don't like using phone unless have too.
