Not as hot as last week but we need rain bad. None in the forecast. Lots of new fires every day.

I talked to my hunting buddy that has a house in BC on a lake in the interior of southern BC. He said he’s been good with fires but said you need rain. He’s holding his breath.
Do you watch Alone, because I think where the show was shot last year , looks like it’s on fire. Grizzly mountain. It’s so beautiful.

Thanks. So the key to that is to stack lumber under tarp and let it cure for half a year and then cull the cork screws…😂

Except for the system coming from Tulsa, It's all ready hitting Bentonville. I live just South of Bentonville 15 miles as the crow flies. We're going to get some rain outa this? Which is unusual, most years we have our last rain fall around July 4th and it stays dry until Sept.

We should get an inch of two down this way too. Where you are at it going to be moving fast. Maybe some wind too.

NW Arkansas about 1 hour from Oklahoma and Missouri.

Just finished up at the Ranch steakhouse in OKC, came out to catch the Uber and sob, it was raining pitchforks and the road was like a river….

Normally the dry season but things are very green…..😎

Damn...and I thought we had a lot of fires. ID Gov called up the National Guard to help. Blackhawks are dropping water along with others. We had a fire next to one of our plywood plants and they threw everything at it and put it out quickly. That would have been a hell of a loss.

Bad thing happening..."off-road" vehicles are prohibited from Forest Service land until...who knows. I think this is just areas around CDA but the news has mentioned camping may be stopped the rest of the Summer...no fires PERIOD. I wonder how we stop lightning.

It is very dry here and there are some large fires already usually happen in Aug and Sep. How's the fire at Rimrock Monte?

I posted about that last week. The #PackCreekFire is no longer a threat to the Rimrocker and the detour is no longer needed…..

You better keep an eye on that thread or you may miss the rapture….🤔🤣

Great for cattle. I don’t cut.
