Had a cool rainy day, about 53* for the high….
Lakes down 18” so far. Working on winterization on the boat tomorrow. Couldn’t work on the deck project due to the rain so I hung lighting in the garage, installed a retractable air hose from the compressor, bolted down the new 8” grinder and finished assembly of the general, a new 5 drawer tool chest from Harbor Freight….

I did the rafters for the slope roof over the hot tub, if we ever get it. Now just the angle on the sides and the polycarbonate panels for the roof.

$100K sounds like a lot but consider what they cost us every time they come into session. Each time the US Congress is in the Capitol we loose freedom and money!! We should pay them to stay home.
They are coming down a little bit not that much.

Don't know if anyone is interested in this but thought I'd pass it along. Got this from a RCMP bud... Igor D was the Russian connection for Hillary Clinton's plot and helped to create the fake info regarding Trump which started the investigation of Trump:
In May 2009, the FBI opened a preliminary investigation into Danchenko after he had reportedly told two associates from the Brookings Institution that he knew of a way they could "make a little extra money” if they were able to "get a job in the government and had access to classified information.” The investigation was upgraded from preliminary to full once further information revealed that Danchenko had prior contacts with Russian intelligence officers in 2005 and 2006.[13] The FBI's investigation into Danchenko was closed in March 2011.
He was charged with 5 counts of lying to the Bureau by the special counsel Durham last week.

I heard that. Had to travel to Little Rock yesterday to see the doc and get injections in my back. I’ve been in a lot of pain lately from years of construction….

I hear ya. My knees are screwed and my neck from work. It sucks. I could live with my bad knees but the neck is getting tiresome. I have another appointment with the Pain clinic in December. Fingers crossed they don’t want to just give opioids again. It ain’t happening. How did the injections work.

Hell no on the opioids. I had neck problems as well, ended up having cervical fusion, have a metal plate in my neck, it helped for about 3-4 years, then I started having problems again so I went to a spinal pain specialist that gave me a three round injection dose, one a month for 3 months and that was 2017…. Problem solved….
I highly recommend cortisone (steroid) injections as to surgery….
That guy put me in twilight for the injections on my insistence but I allowed this doc yesterday to talk me into doing it without that and had a vagel response. I need an MRI that I’ll take back to the spinal specialist and get him to do my injections.
I got minimal relief from yesterday’s injection…
That sucks. I had a cortisone injection in my knee I hurt this year and it was great for two months. Had it again in September, didn’t work as good this time. My knee surgeon said there is a new injection for the knee that’s a jelly and supposed to be great. Not covered yet. I see him after another X-ray.

I’ve got the knee problem bad too, but I think it’s from the sciatic due to bulging discs in my very lower back….
This sucks….
