It measures out. Got the new piece from HondaTech trimmed, painted and sitting in place. Couple light tack welds is all. I’ll weld it up and paint the welded areas in the morning. Up/down on this rack all day got me beat and just realized I better eat something today. It was a good day!

Sleeved the two butt welds.

I’ve done that too. First weekend we’ve had the rack empty in months, had it had something on it I would’ve been tied off to the bus or something. Feel like I’m cheating now, cement floor and warm shop not all sand and tent in 10deg weather like I’ve been.

Got skids on. Looks like it’ll protect it well enough for the dirt roads. Again @SuperATV you need to package these better so they don’t get scuffed, how am I going to show off the under side of this little Princess now? Is there an improper packaging discount?
