That’s a very wise statement... I find the same with myself. You’re drastically jumping in speed on the same trails you use to do a 1/4 speed on and the margin for error at 40-50 mph vs 10-15 is immensely reduced!

Why do you think @Plumber32 is so fond of Furry?

That’s why so many of the guys here HAVEN’T considered a KRX... they run out of talent at the trail speeds the Kawi allows, so they settle on a talon to save face.
That sounds like a challenge! Good thing I ride a 700! LOL!!!!

Won’t be bad. Located a section for frame, sounds like it might need light pull on frame rack, suspension tab reinforced then bolt on parts.
Sounds like a good plan. Any chance you could get a shop with a laser alignment tool to check for alignment? They are excellent if you can find one and someone who know how to use them. Also DDDonkey has an alternative video on how he aligned his Pioneer on his web site - Dirt'n'Diesel Simple approach and it works pretty good. You might send him a note.

Thanks for the good info. I really don’t think anything low down is bent up though. I do have frame rack with measuring system. Do same thing with automotive industry and Sxs is cake in comparison.
But sxs aren’t near as exact as a vehicle from the factory which I can do no issue, so I figure can probably get it better if need be. Been in the trade awhile, I have zero concerns to be honest. This is my Pioneer from over 3 years ago that still drives fine now. Got some experience on these things😞

So the snow kept me from picking up the machine this weekend. Decided to head over to to my buddy’s place and chop the cage on his Pioneer. But Popeye sent me some better photos. Add radiator and muffler extension to the list. Hoping to find set of wheels then I’d have 2 for spare.

Lmk if ya need any dimensions or help
I have a new oem frame I use to make jigs and get dims
Nice! Jelly, I wish I was to that point already. Going to take a minute to get all the parts. Actually would just like the machine here so I can do a definite parts list.
So ya here in a minute I’ll be bugging you for a measurement. I believe the only one I’ll need is cross from A pillar where dash intrusion bar welds, to opposite side front shock tower. Need to do a slight tug back to driver side. Should be easy to square rest up.
