Check out Ebay for deals on used parts like that radiator. I've been seeing more and more utv recyclers on there posting Talon parts now that they are getting more popular.

Been looking a little. Correct plastics used are impossible. Some things am finding and being watched.

So the snow kept me from picking up the machine this weekend. Decided to head over to to my buddy’s place and chop the cage on his Pioneer. But Popeye sent me some better photos. Add radiator and muffler extension to the list. Hoping to find set of wheels then I’d have 2 for spare.

I have a jig to locate the front clip once I cut out the damage or completely cut off if needed

Always made me mad on Pioneer platform was the two piece frame but they didn’t sell front section separately. Probably to sell more machines. Pretty sure that frame has come down in price since the beginning. At least you could buy then unbolt and go,
Now I hear they went to single piece frame which I’m sure is stronger but don’t know why the switched on same production model

You f***er Chad! Lol. Waited now for 4 years since the rumors, to finally pull the trigger. Didn’t want to finance and needed all of the possible problems already found this time, it’s there. Ya I’m anxious!
All 4 of the passes through the Cascades are open and weather looks pretty good for this weekend. I’ll test out the 4wd yet again on the Toyota if I have to but looks like I’m going.
Been working trying to locate parts since it was picked up, some of the parts are a real b****! Bummed a little trying to find things and know it’ll take a bit but still moving forward.
