Ok, decided to install self made muffler, since they are on sale now with rebate that bring the price to 5% shipped by amazon I decided to give it a try. Read several bow hunting forums and most people instead of buying koplin or silent rider for ~ 150$, buy cheap walker muffler for small engine cars, I found this one , but no rebate, Walker 17897 Economy Pro-Fit Muffler

Inlet Diameter (in):1.500 in.
Outlet Diameter (in):1.500 in.
Case Exterior Length (in.):12.000 in.
Thickness (in):3.250 in.

But 22000 models come with 30$ rebate and they are 15" and above, this one is 15" and stainless steel vs 17897 aluminized steel

I am considering doing the Flexi-Flares mod on my rear fenders. Are you satisfied with yours? Would you do anything different? I have the same wheel/tire setup.

Finally added the Flexi-Flares and some mud flaps to the rear fenders to reduce the mud thrown forward toward the cabin. Used larger plastic push pins to attach the flaps to the fenders and heavy duty tie wraps to hold the flap to the frame on the driver's side.

Hey Solrus, as a bow hunter myself I am thinking about doing this also. I like your work. On a side note PM me some info on the rifle strapped to the front of your 500 in the pics. Thanks
