Put one of these on my R, first ride it fell off where brackets attach together (red Knob). Luckily fell down into bed and did not lose it.
No issues with mine so far. Seems solid.

Thought I had it all but the entire knob assembly is missing. It unscrewed from the bracket and fell out. New replacement coming from Amazon. Will Loctite this one.No issues with mine so far. Seems solid.
Rode a new spot today. Wilderness Rider Buffalo Ranch in Kingston, AR. What an amazing place. Incredibly beautiful scenery.

Been on our short list for awhile. How challenging are the trails? How big is the place? Could you ride all weekend and not ride the same stuff over and over?

TerryH, Thanks for the thread. Very nicely done and very informative.
Looking at your notes on electrical. It looks like you used the winch harness to get power from the battery to the front for your winch and also the XTC busbar which powers your fuse box. My question is, how was that done? I'm thinking about adding the XTC busbar and a light bar up front, but I have a winch occupying the power lines coming from the back. How did you split it so that it could both do your winch and the XTC busbar? Or, if I'm not seeing it correctly, please correct my viewpoint. Thank you sir!
Found a good fix for the little bit too short door stoppers that Honda gave us. I've tried a couple other things but this fixed the rattle for good. Small rubber cutting board feet from Amazon. Just screwed the bumper to the raised portion of the inner door panel that contacts the stopper and adjusted the stopper as necc.

Does Zac Wagner sell these Halos? If so, can you provide some more info like price, website, etc.?Some pics of the whips, halos, and chase light. Zac Wagner made all of this and did such an incredible job.

Thanks. No website or online store? I refuse to do FaceCrook or InstaCrap so I will see if he responds here.
Got the Super ATV lower doors installed. I must say I am very happy with the choice to go with SATV. You can tell a lot about a product and a company by how they package their parts. Amazing packaging on these lower doors.
Also nice hardware and equally nice packaging to ensure you have what you need for the install.
Installation was very straightforward. Just a matter of drilling out the fore and aft factory spots and marking and drilling 3 additional holes on the bottom of the doors. It is necessary to remove the outer door skins for access. Very nice instructions with large pictures.
The lower doors fit great and are very solid. They do provide door stops that mount to the door sills on the body but I chose not to use them.
Terry,
Do you have any rattling from the lower doors by not using the stoppers? I've found the OEM upper doors rattle pretty easily if the rubber stoppers are not adjusted out far enough. I was about to order some McNasty lowers when I found that the SuperATVs had the rubber stop piece. I also like that they mount in two directions than just along the bottom. I'm wondering if that stopper piece would snag the foot getting in and out though....In any case, it looks like the SuperATV doors are all around better than the other brands due to the attention to detail with the break near the bottom and the two way mounting.
