Oh man I’m just glad you had a few things. Appreciate you being able to cut that section. And that fender is absolutely the only one. Everything else needed is coming you have the finishing parts😉Apologies for my parts taking so long, work has been a mess this month.
You got skillzNew radiator showed up. I’d heard that they sometimes come in bunged up and people b****ing about it. So I called around to multiple dealers and sure as s*** found one with a couple bent tabs. Worked to my advantage saving 75$ for a 1 minute fix lol. Learned that trick with Honda parts years ago on pioneer by calling around and finding broken factory windshield then having tinted glass cut for it, saved almost 300 that time. Not scared to try to save a buck.

Is it that or lack of cash? You got skillz
I say skillzIs it that or lack of cash?
nice work CP it looks goodBusy working on the rear of the machine. Exhaust got hit pretty hard, bent up the exhaust tip and all frame/exhaust mounts fairly good. Ripped a tab out of ROPS that attaches the exhaust cover and destroyed the cover mount and heat shield.
Straightened and rewelded the ROPS mounts, heated up and bent back the mounting bar for cover, hammer and dollied around heat shield, heated up and got the cover straight and installed new tip on exhaust after straightening up the brackets and exhaust hangers.
Other then cleaning up welds and the blue paint at least the rear section on the machine is done.
Going to go through the machine and get everything straightened out then pull back off and do bodywork and paint around.

skillz save money 😀Is it that or lack of cash?
Excellent post, I agree 100%Yep, lack of money forces development of skills. It's why blue collar is schmarter than white collar, we make sh!t and know what it took to make it, fixit. 😎
BothIs it that or lack of cash?
I agree with Slowpoke, there’s a lot of truth to that. And honestly it brings a lot more satisfaction.Yep, lack of money forces development of skills. It's why blue collar is schmarter than white collar, we make sh!t and know what it took to make it, fixit. 😎
And what's wrong with that, nothing! Not a new passenger rear fender but looks better. Heated it up and reformed it, used a very good urethane panel bond in the backside, reformed and rewelded the broken roll bar mount then replaced some of the decal with automotive silver stripe. Rear fenders aren’t available so this is as good as it gets for now.
I’ve seen this area get waisted where we ride anyways so I’m ok with it. From passenger front door to the driver side taillight is now done. Baby steps lol.

Im not sureI just got everything to make these good. PmYou need doors for that? I have a pair of Honda Racing aluminum doors left over from my build and have no plans to ever use them. I'd be willing to give you a decent deal on them to get them out of my way.
Not sure hours but 800ish mile. It originally sold in August and sold at auction in November, usually takes a solid month to pop up at auction after being deemed a total so he only had it about a month, he was motoring some miles. How many miles/hours are on this machine?
