Finally totally done with turn signals.
Fronts are switchback led amber/white

Rears (remember that my taillights are tinted so others will be a bit brighter)

Went different switches as I didn't like the toggle switches available. These are illuminated green with dash lights on so they are clearly seen at night. Press one, that side comes on press both and flashers come on.
Had this setup years ago on the 700 yet just finished on this 1000. Street legal in Washington hasn't been important but with these and the horn we'll be good.
Still some clean up on the dash so excuse my mess but it's all getting buttoned up. Nothing is being overlooked or under done at this point. Hoping for a good season!

Amplifiers both in totally solid. They are weather resistant but we're not playing around and half assing this time around. The box I built seals up to the seat and will only let minimum dust or water in. Everything is mounted 1/4 in off the floor of the box in rubber for a vibration free setup that allows water back out without flooding. At 116 degrees the fans (one in one out) turn on to allow for cooling as to give better performance and extended life they turn back off at 113. I wanted the fans auto so it uses less juice and allows for less dust/water through the box. Works flawlessly very happy. Best of all this is all low sitting weight and everything is as light as possible. Less tippy. The amps and capacitor are very light speaker box is fiberglass.

Got sick of the bass hits flickering the electrical system so installed a flux capacitor lol (the blue 1200w waterproof capacitor) directly before the amp to relieve stress on the batteries and the charging system, now the lights don't flicker to the beats.

IMG 9585

Can see the circuit breaker directly off of the capacitor to the right directly behind the newly installed cooling fan. This allows for separate power kill for everything in the rear as well as added fuse protection.
All space is now used up under the seat but everything works right and very automated. It's all buttoned up and stereo and cooling/heating fans are set and done.

Where did you get the front signal lights, are they road legal?

View attachment 39973 Heating and cooling installed. Large fan (cooling) is reversible and variable and twin small fans (heating) are variable. We were getting plenty of heat with the enclosure just through the seat heat so this'll be much more then that and controllable.

Dash center finally done. Two green led for turn signals/flashers and center is blue for windshield waster. Replaced the voltage guage with a super accurate oled unit with a slight timer so the voltage readout isn't bouncing around anymore that got old.

The controller for the fans works beautifully. Need to button everything up but all works correctly.
With the floor vents it'll be nice because during cooling they can open or close so you can choose airflow intake from cab or just underneath. They are totally adjustable for direction or amount of flow.

This is pretty spectacular. Did you put lights for a shifter indicator or is that a reflective decal? Love the set up.

Where did you get the fans and vents? I have one big one but thinking about adding more

The indicator lights were built.

The big fan for cooling is a 1700 cfm 8" radiator fan and the small ones are 84mm heavy duty computer fans. Used 3" marine air conditioner vents for the intakes. They took days to find something I was happy enough with lol

VERY NICE WORK! I thought you had the capacitor under the hood? How about a picture of the work under the hood and a full shot of the under seat area? Please and thank you!;)

I cut the square section around the Honda indicators out. Glued in plastic at the base of this inside and sealed it so water wouldn't get in and placed a blue led strip in just right so each bulb would shine for the given indicator.grabbed a bunch of indicators at wrecking yard and brought home.

Found indictators I liked from a Hyundai and cut them out individually. Used a two part clear epoxy to glue those on the under side at a clear piece of acrylic then masked just the area to be lit and sprayed the rest of underside with black.

Used two part epoxy to then glue this to the dash and did bodywork so it was smooth and part of the dash

Masked off the areas to be lit and sprayed black then pealed and cleared everything. Used a sheet of 3D carbon fiber over to resemble factory dash and done.

Didn't come out quite perfect but good enough for the girl I date. Now you know my secret so don't tell anyone lol

Also did indicators on the paddles same basic way and lit up the shift gate. This was something mama wanted and she gets things her way, I'm sure most guys know what I mean, except maybe @JTW lol. Cost me nothing except a 20 cent led strip had anyways and about 2 hours actual working so I consider this a freebie.

Pretty damn impressive my friend. I really like how it turned out! Isn't it funny how we can spend $15K + on a machine and Honda won't even paint the letters lol

Btw thanks for taking the time to write that up. I'll add it to my list of things to do.....seems the list keeps getting longer.

Every once in a while I think making headway on that list but it seems like something else is needed. I'm not sure there is actually an end to our madness.

We're all following you so please stop before you take us all over the edge!
We all tripped and fell at the same time then! Can't let the Polaris group show us up with all the dealer bought and installed goodies, we don't have that luxury but we do have Honda's.
