Not this time need some shackle mounts. Don't think they could get much more stout. Welded to the face and major bumper bracket.
Welds a little tough on this being 3/4 plate to sheet metal but great penetration

Buddy of mine was down and lended a hand to tack in. Thank god to because the inside bracket was angled so vice grips wouldn't hold. Ok all welded up shackle mounts engaged.
