The stock frame cross members are pretty wimpy. I don't think it has anything to do with the skids. We were hung up this weekend several times with all 4 tires off the ground. I'm guessing I point loaded that cross member and bent it into the pan. I'd guess it probably happened here. I was winching forward but trying to climb a stump. We also got a nudge forward over the stump

When hanging off the side, aren't you supposed to be wearing a seatbelt?

That's a good question. I was slightly concerned that winching forward was going to be out second flop of the weekend. But the atv behind me couldn't pull me back and the one ahead couldn't pull me forward

Well my idea of a crossmemebers at the sub trans shifter was better than the execution. Somewhere before smashing my oil pan I also put a 3" bow in my new crossmemeber as well as a bow in both Honda crossmembers

Added some 3/4" x3/4" x.125 angle to beef it up

I'll add to the oil pan crossmembers next

Got this on my todo list before I use it for anything more than yard work, rear one is just barely missing the oil pan.

Finally added my fuse and relay box. It's a Cooper Bussmann 5 relay 10 fuse box. It's wired to my dash switch panel. The box is wired to the 80amp circuit breaker and the relays are switched off the ignition accessory fuse.

Time for matching wheels all around. In my opinion the stock rear wheels are a bit wide for 10" tires so I'm swapping to a 14x7 5+2 beadlock. They should be a more durable wheel and it'll protect the tire sidewalls a bit. The wheels are Raceline Rynos.

I'll start with 4 but let's be serious I want a matching spare wheel.

Test fit.

Rear wheel ready for new tires. I decided to keep the rears as spares since they have a bit more wear than the fronts

It's pretty beat up but it's got a ton of SC1 on it so it looks ok. I should really find a grill so the front end stops cracking under the drivers side headlight.

I agree.. a hose clamp will hit. How do these tighten?

The clamp has 3 tabs that interlock with the open squares. Once it's hooked you pinch the clamp with a dykes. I usually tap it flat with a hammer but the video doesn't
